JOBPORTAL GENERAL TERMS OF USE
GENERAL
Dessa användarvillkor (”Villkor”) gäller för backup.jobportal.se tjänsten (”Jobportal/Tjänst”). backup.jobportal.se tjänsten tillhandahålls av JP Sverige AB (Organisations-nummer: 559050-9435, www-adress: backup.jobportal.se)Jobportal är en del av:(Jobportal Finland Oy Salomonkatu 17 B 00100 Helsinki Org. nr. : 3213073-1). Dessa användarvillkor utgör ett bindande avtal med JP Sverige AB (”Tjänsteleverantör”) och användaren av Tjänsten (”användare”), dvs. rekryterare (”arbetsgivare”).
CONTENT OF THE SERVICE
In Sweden, Jobportal offers its users the opportunity to publish a job advertisement ("Advertisement"), campaign ads ("Campaign") and apply for a job ("job search") in Jobportal. The purpose of Jobportal is to facilitate and streamline the recruitment process ("recruitment") of users and job seekers in accordance with these terms and conditions. The content of the Service is determined on the Service's website. Jobportal can change the terms and conditions at any time by publishing an updated version of the terms on the service's website. Updated terms and conditions should be reviewed regularly as they are binding.
The service is intended for the recruitment of companies, communities and individuals.
CONCLUSION OF THE AGREEMENT
An agreement on the Service between the employer and Jobportal is created when the Company has submitted a Notification to the Service and accepted the Terms in force at the time or by accepting the agreement in another way approved by Jobportal, for example when Jobportal has accepted the user's order. An agreement can also be concluded when the user starts using the service in a way approved by Jobportal or when the user pays an invoice for the paid service they have ordered. Sub-ordered subscription periods become part of the Agreement and shall be construed in accordance with the amended Terms, unless otherwise agreed for a specific subscription period.
REGISTRATION, IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION AND COMMISSIONING
- To set up the service, submit messages and manage them for employers, you must create an account ("registration") in the backup.jobportal.se service. Creating an account is free and does not bind the user to anything. The service provider confirms the functionality of the credentials to the user by sending a separate email: " Welcome as a job portal user!". The User must provide the requested and accurate information in the service form ("Customer Data") and check the accuracy of the information provided. The User must also provide a contact person to handle matters related to the Service. The user must immediately notify Jobportal's customer service of any inaccuracies or changes in their customer data. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided through the Service and for arriving at its destination.
- The user can send messages to the service, subscribe to additional paid services and receive applicants. The goal is to publish the user's message in the Service as soon as possible after the notification has been submitted. The service is accessed via the Internet. The terminal equipment, software and connections necessary for the use of the Service (e.g. connections to a mobile network and the Internet) are not included in the Service. Jobportal has the right to produce the Service in the way it sees fit and to use subcontractors. Jobportal has the right to change working methods, devices, telecommunications connections, programs or other parts of the Service or the systems included in the Service and to change any subcontractors. In the case of subcontracting, the processing of personal data means that Jobportal informs the users about the planned changes in subcontracting relationships before the changes are implemented, in which case the Customer has the right to object to the planned change.
- In all use of the Service, the User undertakes to act in accordance with these Terms, other rules, guidelines, laws and good practice regarding the Service. The User therefore undertakes to follow the rules and instructions given elsewhere in the Service. The User uses the Service for purposes that comply with official regulations, laws and good practice. The User undertakes not to send, use or transmit materials or services in the Service that are contrary to law or good practice. You also agree not to encourage or promote any other party to participate in the activities described above. The User is fully responsible for any damages caused to Jobportal, other users and third parties by using the Service in violation of this Agreement, the law or good practice. The Service and its contents may only be used to search for a new employee and to take immediate action related to it. The service or the information it transmits may not be used:
- For any purpose other than for the user to search for employees and take actions directly related to it.
- To make unnecessary and unwanted calls, send spam or other marketing to job seekers.
- For contacts other than those related to job search.
Användaren ansvarar för sina meddelanden via Tjänsten. Jobportal anses inte vara en arbetsgivare i samband med någon användning av Tjänsten, och Jobportal ansvarar inte för eventuella anställningsbeslut som fattas av användaren av Tjänsten via Jobportal. En användares listning får inte innehålla mer än ett jobb eller en arbetsbeskrivning. Kundens annons ska tydligt ange arbetsgivaren och det jobb som söks. Detta gäller även jobbansökningar som Användaren tar emot via Tjänsten. Om Användaren inte är aktiv i Tjänsten under flera år (minst 2 år) kan Jobportal radera hans eller hennes användarnamn och profilinformation utan föregående meddelande.
MATERIALS AND INFORMATION PROVIDED AND USED BY THE CUSTOMER
- The User is responsible for ensuring that he/she has all necessary copyrights and other rights/Rightholders' consents to the material they publish in the Service and to other material that they send, transmit or store in the Service. In addition, the User undertakes not to send/transmit any material, messages or other material through the Service that violates the ownership, copyright or other rights of third parties, is offensive, abusive, defamatory, seditious/related to criminal activity, indecent or otherwise contrary to law and good practice, or may cause disruptions, blocks and other interruptions for Jobportal, other Users, job seeker or third party in the service. The user is responsible for all damages, inconveniences caused by such activities and the costs incurred in solving them.
- The copyright and other rights to the material and materials submitted by the User to the Service remain with the User, provided that the User may, on the basis of applicable legislation, hold or create copyright in the material and material in question. The Customer Data provided by the User to the Service is stored in security in the job portal's register system ("Register"), which is protected by the operating system's security software. Personal data contained in the register is disclosed by the controller, i.e. the controller. Job portal, in some cases to third parties. These parties work on the basis of a binding legal agreement with Jobportal and may only process the data for the specific purposes permitted by Jobportal and only use other third parties for the processing if Jobportal gives permission to do so. These parties are used, for example, when the User purchases payment services from Jobportal, such as the marketing of job advertisements.
INFORMATION AND MATERIALS PROVIDED BY THE JOBSEEKER TO THE USER
Jobportal is not responsible for the accuracy of the information and material that the jobseeker sends to the user. Jobportal is not obliged to check or supplement the information or material provided by the jobseeker. Jobportal is not responsible for whether the User saves the application and the information submitted by the jobseeker for later processing. Jobportal is also not responsible for whether the User contacts the Jobseeker after submitting and storing the application and information, or if such contact ever reaches the job seeker.
DATA PROTECTION AND DATA COLLECTION
The User is the data controller for the contact persons he or she has stored in the Service and for the jobseekers whose data the User stores for his or her own purposes for later use. The user is responsible for ensuring that it has a legal basis for processing the personal data of these data subjects. Otherwise, Jobportal is the data controller. The User undertakes to ensure adequate protection of its computer networks, equipment, software and other conditions for the use of the Service that the User must acquire. This includes, but is not limited to, the obligation to use and maintain sufficiently powerful antivirus software and other safeguards. The User undertakes to process the information, reports, applications and other data received as a result of the Service only to the extent and for a purpose permitted by law and necessary for the search for a new employee. Jobportal and the User have agreed on the processing of personal data separately in the privacy policy. SERVICE AVAILABILITY, SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE
Jobportal has the right to temporarily close the Service or part of it if it is necessary for a justified reason. The cause may be related to, for example, maintenance, update, or repair operations of the service, or actions taken to ensure or restore service availability, performance, reversibility, security or manageability, or other similar outages. In this case, Jobportal strives to act in such a way that the interruption is as short as possible and causes as little inconvenience to the user as possible. Jobportal informs the user about the interruption in advance, if possible and necessary, for example on the website of the service. Jobportal has no responsibility for interruptions. Jobportal is responsible for ensuring that the Service works mainly in accordance with the service description and the latest end-user documentation. Jobportal does not have this responsibility if the Service does not work due to accident, abuse, force majeure or unauthorized changes.
OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS TO THE SERVICE
Alla immateriella rättigheter relaterade till Tjänsten, programvara, material och arbete relaterade till utförandet av Tjänsten och material, programvara och applikationer som skapats på grundval av detta tillhör Jobportal eller någon underleverantör till Jobportal, eller till den tredje part som licensierade programvaran, och överförs inte på något sätt till Användaren. Jobportal ansvarar inte heller för brott mot immateriella rättigheter som orsakas av en ändring som användaren gör i tjänsten, ett användningsändamål som strider mot avtalet eller det faktum att tjänsten används tillsammans med en tjänst som tillhandahålls av en annan leverantör eller produceras av kunden eller i strid med Jobportals instruktioner. Användaren kan använda Jobportals varumärke, firmanamn och varumärke i tjänster som tillhandahålls av tredje part i samband med sina platsannonser, där Användaren anger genom vilken Tjänst den arbetssökande kan söka jobbet i fråga. Användaren har inte rätt att använda Jobportals varumärke, firmanamn eller varumärke i något annat sammanhang och dessa villkor kan inte betraktas som en överföring av någon immateriell rättighet. Om Jobportal gör en uppfinning, programvara eller applikation baserad på material, instruktioner, annat material, annan information eller idéer som tillhandahålls av användaren som användaren har tillhandahållit eller uttryckt, tillhör alla rättigheter i och till dessa uppfinningar, program och applikationer Jobportal, som också har rätt att på ett adekvat sätt skydda rättigheterna relaterade till uppfinningen, programvaran eller applikationen först. LINK TO THE SERVICE
The User may create and include a link to the Service's website and the job advertisement that the User publishes in the Service to the User's job advertisement published in a service provided by a third party. The User has the right to place on his or her own website a link to the main page of the Service backup.jobportal.se. Any other linking of an individual page for commercial or economic purposes or to create or produce a database is prohibited without the prior express written consent of Jobportal. Other making available to the public of the content of the Service or any part thereof through distribution, performance or public display. or storage or storage; or making copies of the content of the Service or part of it without the prior written consent of Jobportal is prohibited.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Service and its contents are presented as is and the Customer uses the Service at its own risk. Jobportal is not responsible for information security risks in connection with the use of the Service or for the accuracy or suitability of the service's content for a specific purpose. Unless otherwise provided by mandatory law, Jobportal shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, material or intangible damages that may arise to the Customer or a third party, for example from interruptions, delays, errors in the Service; loss of profit, loss of profit or utility; a decrease in turnover or production; loss or delay of information; failure to fulfill the obligations promised to third parties or other deficiencies in the Service or its content. The User is obliged to indemnify and indemnify Jobportal and third parties for damages caused as a result of actions contrary to the User's law, the orders and instructions of the authorities or these Terms. Notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement, the above limitation of liability shall survive termination.
WARRANTY
Jobportal does not guarantee that the Service is correct or that the Service will be available to the User without interruption. Jobportal makes no warranty as to the availability, accuracy, reliability or content of the Service, nor the suitability of the content for the customer's desired or specific purpose or that the Service is free of viruses. Jobportal strives to take care of the functionality of the Service to the best of its ability and strives to correct any errors in the Service within a reasonable time and to remove any viruses that may occur in the Service. Notwithstanding the termination of the Agreement, the warranty terms set forth above shall survive termination.
BACKUP
The User is responsible for backing up their data, files and documents stored in or using the Service and for checking their functionality, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Jobportal is not responsible for damages caused by the destruction, loss or alteration of data, files or documents, nor for the costs caused by their reproduction.
PAYMENT, BILLING AND PAYMENT TERMS
The User pays for the use of the Service the fees specified in the price list or agreement in force at the time the notification is submitted. Price information for the Service is available on the Service's website at https://backup.sampledesign.tech/arbetsgivare. The User is responsible for the fees even if the Service has been used by someone other than the User. Jobportal reserves the right to change its price lists and the fees charged for the use of the Service. The prices in force at any given time will be announced on the Service's website. Jobportal always has the right to change the price of the Service charged per billing period by notifying the change in writing at least 14 days before the change takes effect, for example in an invoice. If the change is unfavorable to the user, the user may terminate the agreement in writing no later than 7 days before the change enters into force. In this case, the Agreement shall cease to have effect on the date on which the amendment enters into force. If the User does not terminate the contract, the changed prices will take effect. If there are changes in taxes related to the Service, such as VAT, or other public fees charged by the authorities, Jobportal has the right to change the prices accordingly. In addition, Jobportal always has the right to change its prices if a change in the law or an order issued by an authority requires a price change. Jobportal will invoice any fees according to the billing periods specified in the Service. The payment period is 14 days from the date of the net invoice. Interest on late payment is according to the Interest Act. Comments on the invoice must be submitted and the undisputed part must be paid no later than the due date of the invoice. A fee will be charged for the request for payment in accordance with the price list. Jobportal sends invoices to the latest invoicing address provided by the user as an e-invoice. No interest will be paid on any refundable fees. All credit and debit card transactions are charged at the point of purchase.
TERM AND TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
The Agreement comes into force when the User registers in the Service for the first time and accepts the Terms and Privacy Policy. The Agreement automatically terminates when the User is deleted.
The User has the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect if:- The service deviates significantly from the agreed and Jobportal does not correct any deficiencies and deviations within a reasonable time after the customer's notification
- The delivery of the service is unreasonably delayed due to Jobportal's fault.
Jobportal has the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect if:
- The user materially violates the agreement and will not remedy the error within a reasonable time after Jobportal's notification
- The User has not paid the overdue fee within 14 days of the Customer notifying this in writing
- The user is bankrupt, filing for bankruptcy, is in liquidation or is otherwise insolvent
- There is a change in the user's creditworthiness
- The User's use of the Service has been completely suspended for more than 7 years.
Jobportal sends invoices to the latest billing address that the user specified as an e-invoice. No interest will be paid on any refundable fees. Termination must be in writing. Jobportal's termination does not mean that the customer's obligation to pay fees ends until the end of the subscription period.
FORCE MAJEURE
Jobportal is released from its contractual obligation and obligation to pay damages if compliance with a contractual provision is prevented or delayed by force majeure. Force majeure refers to a circumstance that could not reasonably be foreseen and the consequences of which cannot reasonably be overcome or avoided. Such a circumstance may be, for example, unreasonable difficulties in fulfilling Jobportal's contractual obligations, server failure or disconnection, national state of emergency, labor dispute, fire, thunderstorm, storm, natural disaster, official order, cable problems caused by an outsider, etc. damage, flood and water damage, overvoltage in the power grid, interruption of energy supply or other essential raw material or any other cause with similar and unusual effects outside Jobportals control.
VARIOUS
If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, legal and enforceable. The Parties shall endeavour to renegotiate such terms and conditions as soon as possible after the invalidity has begun. The User must send written notices related to this Agreement to Jobportal's e-mail address kundtjanst@backup.jobportal.se or to JP Sverige AB, Forumvägen 14 c/o Nordic C-Management, 131 53 Nacka, Sweden. Jobportal may send written notices of this Agreement to the e-mail address last provided by the User or otherwise, for example as a text message to the mobile subscription number provided by the User. General announcements about the Service may also be posted on the Service's website. The user must immediately notify Jobportal of any changes in their contact details. The parties do not have the right to transfer the contract without the other party's written consent. However, Jobportal has the right to transfer the agreement to the receiving company in Sweden. In addition, Jobportal has the right to transfer its contractual claims to a third party. It is prohibited to export software, materials, materials and other products and parts thereof without the permission of Jobportal, the rightholder to any other transfer object and/or a competent court or authority, or in violation of their orders. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, excluding the United Nations Sales Law (CISG) and the choice of applicable law. Disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be settled at first instance in the District Court of Stockholm.

CONCLUSION OF THE AGREEMENT
The service agreement between the jobseeker and the Job Portal is created when the jobseeker registers for the Service and accepts the Terms and Conditions in force at the relevant time.
REGISTRATION, IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION AND COMMISSIONING
The introduction of the service or the submission of job applications does not require the job seeker to create an account ("registration") in the Jobportal.se service. However, registration makes the job search process easier for a job seeker. Registration for the service is free and does not bind the job seeker to anything.
- The Jobseeker must provide the requested and accurate information in the "My Data" section of the Service ("Customer Data") and verify that the information provided is authentic. The jobseeker must immediately notify Jobportal's customer service of any inaccuracies or changes in the customer information. The jobseeker is responsible for ensuring that the information provided through the Service is correct and that they arrive at the destination.
- A registered jobseeker can apply for a job in the Service, see which positions they have already applied for, mark a favourite job and sit down as a workplace attendant. The service is accessed via the Internet. Terminal equipment, software and connections (e.g. connections to a mobile network and the Internet) are not included in the Service. Jobportal has the right to provide the Service as they see fit, as well as to use subcontractors. Jobportal has the right to change the working methods used in the production of the Service, equipment, telecommunications connections, software or other parts of the Service or systems included in the Service and change any subcontractors. When subcontractors involve the processing of personal data, Jobportal informs job seekers about the subcontracting conditions in which it has planned changes before the implementation of the changes, in which case the customer has the right to object to the planned change.
- The Jobseeker undertakes to act on any use of the Service in accordance with these Terms, other rules, guidelines, laws and goods in accordance with customs. Therefore, the jobseeker undertakes to follow the rules and instructions given elsewhere in the Service. The jobseeker uses the service for purposes in accordance with official regulations, laws and good practice. He undertakes not to publish, use or transmit on the Service materials or services that are contrary to the law or good practice. The jobseeker also undertakes not to incite or promote other units for the activities described above. The jobseeker responds extensively with a violation of this agreement, the law or good practice in the Service damages caused by its use to Jobportal, other users and third parties. The Service and its contents may only be used for job search and related immediate actions. The service or the information it transmits may not be used:
- For any purpose other than the job seeker's search for a job and the actions directly related to it.
- To make unnecessary and unwanted calls or send spam.
- For contacts other than those related to job search.
Jobseekers are responsible for their applications through the Service. Jobportal is not considered an employer in connection with any use of the Service, and Jobportal is not responsible for any employment decisions made through Jobportal.
- As a rule, Jobportal stores information about a person who has registered for the Service in the system as long as he or she is registered in the service. If a jobseeker is not active in the Service for several years (at least 2 years), Jobportal may delete his or her username and their profile information without prior notice.
MATERIALS AND INFORMATION PROVIDED AND USED BY THE JOBSEEKER
The jobseeker is responsible for ensuring that he/she has all necessary copyrights and other rights/Rightholder's consent to the material published in the Service and to other material that he/she sends, transmits or stores in the Service. In addition, the jobseeker undertakes not to transmit through the Service any material, messages or other material that violates the ownership, copyright or other rights of third parties, is offensive, offensive, defamatory, seditious/related to criminal activity, indecent or otherwise contrary to law and good practice, or may cause disruptions, blocks and other interruptions in the Service to Jobportal, other users or third parties. The job seeker is responsible for all damages, inconveniences and costs incurred in solving those caused by such activities.

These parties work on the basis of a binding legal agreement with Jobportal and may only process the data for the specific purposes permitted by Jobportal and only use other third parties for the processing if Jobportal gives permission to do so.
INFORMATION AND MATERIALS TO BE PROVIDED TO THE JOBSEEKER
Jobportal is not responsible for the accuracy of the information and material that the recruiting company sends to the jobseeker. Jobportal is not obliged to review or supplement the information or material sent by the recruiting company. Jobportal is not responsible for whether the recruiting company saves the application and information sent by the jobseeker for later processing. Jobportal is also not responsible for whether the recruitment company contacts the job seeker after submitting and storing the application, or if such contact ever reaches the job seeker.
DATA PROTECTION AND DATA COLLECTION
The jobseeker is the data controller for what he or she stores for his or her own purposes for later use. The jobseeker is responsible for ensuring that he or she has a legal basis for the processing of this data. Otherwise, Jobportal is the data controller.
Job portal and the jobseeker have agreed on the processing of personal data in a separate privacy policy. The jobseeker is obliged to read the privacy policy of Jobportal and undertakes to follow the guidelines in the privacy policy.
Notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement, the above terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.

OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS TO THE SERVICE
All intellectual property rights related to the Service, software, materials and work related to the performance of the Service and materials, software and applications created on this basis belong to Jobportal or Jobportal's potential subcontractors, or the third party that licensed the Software, and are in no way transferred to the job applicant.
Job applicants undertake not to remove, modify or obscure copyright, trademark or other intellectual property notices in the Service. Jobportal is not responsible for infringements of intellectual property rights to the extent that they relate to a Service other than the one provided by Jobportal. Jobportal is also not responsible for infringement of intellectual property rights caused by a change made by a job seeker in the Service, a purpose that is contrary to the agreement or the fact that the Service is used together with a service provided by another supplier or produced by the customer or in violation of Jobportal's instructions.
Jobseekers can use Jobportal's trademark, trade name and trademark in services provided by third parties in connection with their job application in a section where they indicate through which position the jobseeker has applied for the position in question. Jobseeker is not entitled to use Jobportal's trademark, trade name or trademark in any other context, and these terms cannot be considered a transfer of any intellectual property right.
If Jobportal makes an invention, software or application based on materials, other materials, other information or ideas provided by the jobseeker and provided or expressed by the job seeker, all rights to these inventions, software and applications belong to Jobportal, which also has the right to adequately protect the rights related to the invention, software or application first.
A breach of the above obligations of the jobseeker is considered a material breach of contract. Notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement, the terms of ownership and intellectual property rights set forth above shall survive.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Unless otherwise provided for in mandatory legislation, Jobportal shall not be liable for damages caused by the content, use, blocked use of the online service or any other reason related to them. The jobseeker is fully responsible for any damages caused to Jobportal, other users and third parties through the use of the Service in violation of these Terms of Use, the law or good practice.
WARRANTY
Jobportal does not guarantee that the Service is correct or that the Service is available to the Jobseeker without interruption. Jobportal makes no warranty as to the availability, accuracy, reliability or content of the Service, nor the suitability of the content for the customer's desired or specific purpose or that the Service is free of viruses.
Jobportal strives to take care of the functionality of the Service to the best of its ability and strives to correct any errors in the Service within a reasonable time and to remove any viruses that may occur in the Service. Notwithstanding the termination of the Agreement, the warranty terms set forth above shall survive termination.
BACKUP
Job seekers are responsible for backing up their data, files and documents stored in or using the Service and for checking their functionality, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Jobportal is not responsible for damages caused by the destruction, loss or alteration of data, files or documents, nor for the costs caused by their reproduction.
PAYMENTS
The service is free of charge for jobseekers.
TERM AND TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
The agreement enters into force when the jobseeker registers for the Service for the first time and accepts the Terms and the Privacy Policy. The contract ends automatically when the jobseeker is removed.
The jobseeker has the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect if:
- The service deviates significantly from the agreed and Jobportal does not remedy any shortcomings and deviations within a reasonable time after the jobseeker's notification
- The delivery of the service is unreasonably delayed due to Jobportal's fault.
Jobportal has the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect if:
- The jobseeker violates the agreement and does not remedy the violation within a reasonable time after Jobportal's notification
FORCE MAJEURE
Jobportal is released from its contractual obligation and obligation to pay damages if compliance with a contractual provision is prevented or delayed by force majeure. Force majeure refers to a circumstance that could not reasonably be foreseen and the consequences of which cannot reasonably be overcome or avoided. Such a circumstance may be, for example, unreasonable difficulties in fulfilling Jobportal's contractual obligations, server failure or disconnection, national state of emergency, labor dispute, fire, thunderstorm, storm, natural disaster, official order, cable problems caused by an outsider, etc. damage, flood and water damage, overvoltage in the power grid, interruption of energy supply or other essential raw material or any other cause with similar and unusual effects outside Jobportals control.
VARIOUS
If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, legal and enforceable. The Parties shall endeavour to renegotiate such terms and conditions as soon as possible after the invalidity has begun.
The jobseeker should send written notices about this agreement to Jobportal's e-mail address kundtjanst@backup.jobportal.se or to Jobportal, c/o Nordic C-Management, Forumvägen 14, 13153 Nacka. Jobportal may send written notices of this agreement to the e-mail address last provided by the jobseeker or otherwise, for example by text message, to the mobile subscription number provided by the jobseeker. General announcements about the Service may also be posted on the Service's website. The jobseeker must immediately notify Jobportal of any changes in their contact details.
Parterna har inte rätt att överlåta avtalet utan den andra partens skriftliga medgivande. Jobportal har dock rätt att överlåta avtalet till det mottagande företaget i Sverige. Dessutom har Jobportal rätt att överföra sina avtalsenliga anspråk till en tredje part.
It is prohibited to export software, materials, materials and other products and parts thereof without the permission of Jobportal, the rightholder to any other transfer object and/or a competent court or authority, or in violation of their orders.
Detta avtal regleras av och tolkas i enlighet med lagarna i Sverige, exklusive FN:s köplag (CISG) och valet av tillämplig lag. Tvister som uppstår på grund av detta avtal ska avgöras i första instans i Stockholms tingsrätt.
